While Exchange can do this, it is not very good at it. Better is to get a
3rd party program that will do it and then "send" the messages to Exchange.

How Exchange 2000/2003 retrieve mail POP3/SMTP mail from ISP use modem
dialup 56 K. I have planning with build server 1. Exchange server 2. ISA
server.

where I have not connection leased line So I connection by dialup modem and
I have domain mail at ISP.I need retrive e-mail from ISP with schedule.
