duplicate emails

Hi All;
We are running exchange 2k as part of exchange small business server 2k. We
have started having a problem where users are receiving duplicates of incoming
emails, and people they are sending to are starting to receive 2 or 3 of the
same email. Any ideas on what might be causing this?
