Here's a few ideas. They *should* be OK for Exchange 2003 AFAIK.

Subject: [exchangelist] creating a catchall account

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hi,

Using Exchange 2003 on Windows Server 2003. Is it possible to set up a
"catchall" account, so that any email @theirdomainname.com that is not
for any other configured user, goes to that account?

And yes, I am aware that much of the time, such "wildcard" email is
SPAM, but there are occasions when some customers want their email set
up this way for good business or technical reasons.

best regards
Mike
