You have to have SSL installed on the OWA server before changing the
password will work.  $349 from Verisign or you could create your own,
but I am not familiar with that.

I really need help on this subject. That message with MIME format is not

clear to me. I don't know how to handle that format.
Please,if anyone can explain it in a different way I'd appreciate it. My
exchange 2000 server returns "this page cann't be displayed" whenever
anyone tries to change his password through web access.
