blocking message from postmaster

Hi,

My exchange 2003 is generating queues of mail from
postmaster@xxxxxxxxxx, which is creating a bottleneck. I think there is
a virus in one of the users pc which is generating these mail.

Is there a way so that I can block the mails from postmaster
