I would second that motion. Group shield is a hog and failed to prevent
several major viruses running on our exchange servers. I would highly
recommend Trend Micro Interscan Suite. Just my 2 cents.

I used Group Shield for 2 years and was infected with 4 major
viruses. You might want to consider Trend Micro's suite. That is what I
am currently using with no problems.

Norton, in my opinion (after years of use) is
the worst. The best (after years of experience) is McAfee Groupshield.
Never have been infected by a virus when running Groupshield. Integrates
seemlessly with Exchange.
