Weekly maintenance

Thank you for the great responses to stop the exchange server.
What I would like to do is: Create a Batch file that will stop the
services and then use eseutil to defrag the database and check the
integrity of the data.
When the test was complete, have the results stored in a text file on
the network so I can look at them later.
Once the data tests are complete, I will need the services to restart.
Anyone try this yet? If yes or no, does anyone know what the command
line would look like.
