I tested several times from/to hotmail and others, it seems the questions

Dear all,

Our HO is in Sweden and their mail server is @tradex-asia.se, we have a
distribution group travelreport@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
In this group there are some members such as
s1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx;s2@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

All emails sent is through internet, not VPN or LAN.

I met the case as following.

When someone using our mail such as me jobsz@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, send email to
travelreport@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, we always
Get the following returned messages.

Also I got the following details as following.

Reporting-MTA: dens; mail.tradex-asia.com

X-Display-Name: s1

I?m strange that, I sent to the group @tradex-asia.se, first the email is to
HO?s, and then HO?s sent
Emails to @tradex-asia.com, why the returned message is from
@tradex-asia.com not @tradex-asia.se?
I?m very confused.

Anyone could help me?

Thanks a lot
