Urgent: Send automatically Email coming in a local account to others accounts in my network

Plese how can I configure Exchange 2000 to Send automatically Email coming in a
local account to others accounts in my network. I want that when For exemple:
eric@xxxxxxx receive mails, exchange automatically send a copy to jean@xxxxxxx,
peter@xxxxxxxxxxx .
