Unable to update free/busy data error

Hi all,
I run Windows 2000 server and all the clients use outlook 2000 as the client
software. From time to time i notice that majority of my clients get this error
message saying "unable to update free/busy data" i am at a loss on what to do
to solve this problem. Could anyone please help me out.
