Attachments missings ..
To start with your spell checker is missing... :-)

Its certainly doesn't look like that there is a configuration issue at hand
as they are receiving emails, so looking at the virus / anti spam software
would see if it is stripping out the attachments!!

if
the mail is coming from Unix box we can receive Email , but we are
