http://www.msexchange.org -------------------------------------------------------What happens if you access the same user with OWA. If this worrks fine then I am quite sure that this is a problem with the Local Outlook profile it self. Please try configuring the Profile on a Different machine this should ideally solve the problem . Also try changing the Users windows Profile. I have seen that this helps manytime in resolving this kind of issues.
