Have you used the utility Mailbox Manager on Ex55 SP4?

In Ex55 you need to install it from SP4. In Ex2k it is built in.

        Hello to all!

I want to enforce all my users to empty their deleted and sent
items folders. I believe that by doing this I will reduce the size of
my database by almost 40%.

I will be giving them a week or two to do it before I do it my
self from the Exchange server. Running Exchange 5.5 on Win2k Server.
What is the proper way to do this from the server.

        Thanks for you help.
