Hi,

Before you can start to install Active Directory in Windows 2000 you have to configure the DNS(Windows 2000 Active Directory can't work without DNS).

hi all,
can anyone descripe this error or give me the reson for this error
i am try to install Active directory in windows2000 server but when i try to open "ACTIVE DIRECTORY DOMAINS AND TRUST " and connecting to Domain Controller
it return this error "The server in not operational"
any help please

I setup a calendar in a public folder and gave people access to the calender Example: 8th floor Conference room calendar. They can go to the calendar and see if it is available.
