Actually my email server is setup for reverse domain lookup . And there was
problem in their forwarders ip address. My server was not able to resolve their
domain name so it was rejecting. I told them and finally we are getting their
emails.

OK, thanks. I was able to telnet in and using the sending and recipient
addresses in the post, it accepted it.
So, the problem is IP bassed most likely. Something does not like the
IP of the sending mail server.
Either that, or they have a problem and do not want to look for it.
