Hi, sounds like an external PC is infected with something nasty that happens to 
have your users email address in their address book.
If this is the case, there is little you can do about it.
Check ALL of your users PC's for virus's

Hi,
        All bouncing mails, Under that particular user mail account lots of 
mails going. All that mails having the returnmail path for that account and 
following fileds in subject.

Factory sunglasses wholesale
Sunglasses at factory rates
Rayban sunglasses wholes ale
Adobe software hot deals

I dont think these mails going from my internal network.

Not all viruses have obvious symptoms. Run an up-to-date anti-virus
scanner on all of your systems.
