Check the help file for "journaling" which is what it sounds like is
happening.

How can i check and stop copying emails of every user. Right now any user
when send an email, without user notice it send one copy of that email to
one an other email box too. The person who did that already left the company
and i don't know how to stop this activity. i am using Exchange 5.5. Thanks
