Server-reply Outlook rule

Hello to all,
Maybe somebody can help me with an answer:
I have set an server-reply rule on my Outlook , so my Exchange 5.5 server
sends replies to emails with a specific message.
The problem is that the rule works only in the Intranet not with message
came from Internet.
I have verified and I found that the following set is enable on IMCs:
"Disable Automatic Replies to the Internet."
This is the cause why the reply doesn't work on Internet?
