That was part of the point of asking if they changed anything on their end
(Exchange server or Firewall). Have you made any changes on your side
lately. I'm just on the track of if you were able to do it last week then
what changed?? Did you change the name of the server since then (probably
not), etc...

But why than I can receive from them and can't send to them (from exchange 5.5 to exh 2k). Exch 5.5 can receive from anybody else as well as can send.

Did you check the que to see if any of the mail is stuck and why? Have they made any changes on their server? Are there any errors on your firewall or have there been any changes to the firewall on either side?
