Yes - You can do that. But you have to do that for all the users and run that
rule. Open those mail boxes and create the rule to forward all the email and
run the rule for current items.

Hi Group,
I have a situation where the company I work for, sold one of our sites and the
people at this other site DIDN"T down load their email off our server before
switching servers. Is there any way I can forward their email that's currently
in their mailboxes to their external email? I have them setup as contacts and
have their ETI email being forwarded to their new external email.
