Send bur not recive....

Hello!
I have a problem with my exchange server... :-)
I can send mails from my email clients and from my mailserver to others
throu the internet and to my own hotmail adress without
any problems. But i can not recive mails if i or others send or replyes
the messeges i have send.
I have i domain in my SMTP and i have made a connector, and have my ISP ip
adress to etc. But why can i not recive mails to my domian tha i can send
from?
Have Any one? Any suggestions?
Maybe i have forgote configure something?
