It sounds like you gave the users Send As rights, rather than Send on Behalf. Make sure the users do NOT have Send As rights, or else that will take precedence.

It just shows the name of which 'send on behalf' rights is given without the text 'Send On Behalf' which shouls show in normal casesthanksfaizan
