I need an application for Exchange 5.5 that will allow me to automatically route email received into a single customer service account to one of several representatives. Ideally, load balancing between them and allowing managers to mark reps present or absent from the available pool. The only thing I've been able to find is called Transform Response, but is probably more than I need, and much more expensive than I want to pay at the moment.
