SSL Enabling OWA 2003 article -- Issues

I installed the certificate as per the article below and since then am
getting a page cannot be displayed.
- I have restarted IIS, even rebooted the server but still getting the
same issue.
Also when being redirected to a secure site the Security Alert page has a
yellow warning sign saying " The Security certificate was issued by a
company you have not choosen to trust."
How do i get my life back to normal with ssl enabled.
