SBS event log 1216 exchange limited 16gb

goods day, I have a problem with small business server 2000 exchange
shown out on application event log error code 1216, event I tried offline
defragmentation exchange many times and updated service patches 3 but
still show the error code still no improvement after I restart information
store services. on night I schedule online defrag exchange it shown event
ID 1221 (only left 20 mb)only. please give any suggection on this issue.
