SBS 2000 POP3 connector

Does anyone know how i stop a POP3 connector relaying incoming messages to
external addresses. I am using SBS 2000 and Exch 2000, have configured the
SMTP connector to disallow relaying, but cannot close the POP3 connector,
if anyone can help, it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
