Your mail is probably failing the sender verify test.
You need to make sure your RDNS is correct or whatever else Verizon want
you to set SPF

We are forwarding a users emails to his account. He can't
receive any messages that our Fax Maker server sends. They get cault in
our Exchange Queues with a SMTP protocol error occurred. The message
shows the fax number, of the sender, followed by Verizon
says that the message probably fails the sender verify test. We can
forward to gmail, yahoo, sbcglobal and hotmail with out any problems.
Any ideas?
