Restoral procedures

Hi guys, I am kind a rookie at this but I was wondering if any of you
had a good solid template or article apart from the Microsoft DR
procedures on how to do a step by step restore of the Exchange
Information to a different WIN2K Server to restore the whole store or
just for individual mailboxes. I have seen individual folks talking
about Disaster Recovery but have not seen any good tips or how to.
