Hi,
           It happenes to me sometimes when my network connection is not
proper .Try to check if your LAN chord is inserted in to the slot
properly. This might help

I keep getting a message ?Requesting data from Microsoft Exchange
Server: outlook is retrieving data from exchange server. You can cancel
the request or minimize this message to the windows taskbar until ??
sporadically.  I did not have this problem before, it only start
happening recently.  Any suggestions?
