Even with 'Full Mailbox Access' there's no way for me to Delegate just Calendar or Contacts to someone else. The only way I think this could be done is to create an Outlook profile for each user on my machine and logon as that user if I want to delegate. -Devon -----Original Message----- From: Michael B. If so, you should be able to open the mailboxes directly to make your changes. If not, I think you are into the realm of 3rd party tools or scripting. Perhaps someone else will have a better idea. -----Original Message----- From: Harding, Devon [mailto:dharding@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, January 11, 2005 3:40 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: Remote Outlook Delegation http://www.MSExchange.org/ I didn't want to create a profile for every user that I need to delegate permissions. This number could reach over 100 users. -----Original Message----- From: Michael B. This is usually done on the user's PC in Outlook through Tools, Options, Delegates.
