I have the same problem as Wissam. I can sent all email through one ISP, but
only some through another ISP.
Any ideas?

I have The same problem, When I connect the Exchange server via one ISP I
could submit all the messages to Everyone, but when I connect via another
ISP the server couldn't pass messages to some address like Hotmail or Yahoo

plz check the following.

while using internet email, which server is an smtp. is it the exchange
server or some other server.

incase if it is a server other than your exchange then users cant reply to
the mails recieved from exchange.

so while users are out of office they should compose a new mail and then
