Redirecting email

Hi,
I have this software which periodically sends out email notifications,
but unfortunately the mail format is not RFC-compliant. These mails are
sent out using an Exchange server #1, with the recipients of domain
xyz.com on Exchange server #2. There is a qmail server between these two
Exchange servers. Unfortunately the qmail server blocks the mail due to
its non RFC-compliance.
My question ... is there a way for Exchange to rewrite the incoming mail
headers so that it is RFC-compliant? Or if there isn't, how do I reroute
the mails sent to xyz.com to bypass the qmail and to go directly to
Exchange server #2?
