Recommendation wrt archiving system

Hi all
We are running Exchange 5.5 Enterptise Edition on a Windows 2000 member
server in an NT 4 domain. We will be migrating to Exchange 2003 in a
Windows 2003 domain.
Can anybody recommend a good archiving system that will be compatible with
both versions of Exchange?
I am currently looking at Legato EmailXtender Archiving Edition and
IXOS-eCONtent.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
