should I input own subnet (all) or some address?
what's the ip address that i need to input ?

Go to the options of the SMTP server, and open the access tab.  There
you will have the relay options.  In the relaying options input a range
of ip's (your internal network) and then choose Only the list below.
Like this only your internal network can relay on your exchange.
