Still, just so I have the requirement correct, let me play it back to you.
Correct me if I'm wrong :)

You want to have two separate organizations on the same network published
with the same ISA server?  I.E. domain1.com mx=isa_.com, domain2.com
mx=isa_.com for SMTP and domain1.com A=isa_.com, domain2.com A=isa_.com for
OWA is that correct?

The real trick to that setup is that you need to separate the concepts.
something like this might be appropriate:

For SMTP:
Domain1.com
MX = ISA_EXTERNAL_INTERFACE

Domain2.com
MX = (same)ISA_EXTERNAL_INTERFACE

Since the same IP address can host as many MX records as I want (there are
limits, but they don't apply here, now do they?) you can do this. Then, you
need to forward the mail to a smart host internally. In other words, you
wouldn't just publish SMTP for both server to the external world. You'd
want to do as Greg says and use the SMTP relay to store and forward the mail
for both domains. In theory, you could also forward it to the appropriate
server, but likely easier to use a smart host (aka mail router) for the rest
of the decision making. Simplifies greatly.

That should work for you if you don't need to use the secure relay functions
etc. needed for IMAP and POP clients. If so, it would be different since
you'd have to figure out how to allow the different clients from different
domains to authenticate etc.

As for OWA, again, you need to publish a FE server. That FE server can work
for multiple domains so no worries there unless these are totally separate
forests.

There are some docs about how to publish multiple web sites with ISA.
Finding those would be more expeditious than trying to write it all out in
an email.

While the SMTP relay in ISA may be able to do that, by RFCs, you can not
have 1 Public IP address linked to more than 1 mail server. You can have
multiple IP address for 1 server, but not multiple servers for 1 IP address.

Ahh  i c

That will teach me not to read the whole thread.

Well, you could bind another ip to the external interface then publish it
but if you cant do that use the smtp relay on the isa and let it collect
mail for all domains and forward to whichever internal server (mail relay)
it belongs too.

Quasi

Simple with ISA,

Secure mail server wizard will publish, smtp and or imap pop etc etc to the
internal smtp server.

Web publishing rule will publish the OWA website on the internal server as
well.

Follow the guide Tom gave you, you cant miss.
