You have a few option: 1. Have the users place the Public Folder on their Favorites bar in Outlook, they will then see the Unread message indicator 2. Use something like http://www.ivasoft.biz/pubnotify.shtml 3. Use the Public Folder Assistant to send them a message (kind of defeats the object of a Public Folder).
