-------------------------------------------------------sp1 has been pushed back 
to 11/29 (and this is subject to change).

1.you can only have the cas role on one server. any other roles and it
wont work reliably
2. good
3. the client mail db must point to a pf store on 2k3

with sp 1 only 3 will change. you will still need to have only the cas
role on the client access server and NO other role
