Problems with my Exchange database

Morning Guys
I have a problem with my log , they keep growing I tried to do a full backup
hoping they'll decrease but they don't I endup moving my database to another
location.
Yesterday I had about 7GB of free space but this morning I was left with about
10Mb and coudn't mount the store
Can anybody tell me what I might be doing wrong
