When a mail is sent TO your organization it reaches directly to exchange
server?

I have instaled an Exchange Server 2000, we configured the server to
send
all messages to a smart host (send mail, Unix), when I send a message
outside the organization there is not problem, but when anybody write to

mailbox in my organization there is a problem and the destination
recipient could not be reach.
