Lets take it easy with this case. Lots of things have been said here, but remember, he cant just receive messages from hotmail. Jihad J. Abu-Asab, dont open any port, dont change your proxy configuration. dont do anything else. Start from the basic: are the hotmail users receiving some error message, or the message simply doesnt arrive in your server? If there are error messages, which one are there? Sometimes this is just a problem related to DNS, reverse lookup.
