May be this is  slightly of the topic.But I  have no where to go now.I need  to discuss about this in the afternoons meeting.

Iam planning to do a performance monitoring on my server .I want run this monitoring for a full day.

Does this logging will have any effect on the performance of the server ?

I would really appreciate if I can get some info about this ASAP.
