Did you check the box that says "My outgoing server requires
authentication" on the Advanced tab?

Hi,

I having a big problem with Exchange 2003 and POP3.  When I run Test
Account Settings, I receive an error "Send Test e-mail message:  Outlook
could not logon to the outgoing mail server (SMTP)"  I have check
everything under the ESM, everything looks like it should.  Any help
would be great.
