Thanks for all your help. I managed to get it fixed by deleting HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Exchange and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook Then I deleted the local profile. When i logged back in I went through the setup of Outlook and everything worked.
