Outlook POP3 Client not working

Our Outlook Client (full version) will not work over the Internet in POP3. We
have Exchange 2000
SP2. SSL is enabled. OWA works just fine as does Outlook Express. We have some
people that want to
use the full version of Outlook remotely and have tried setting them up but get
connection
failures.
Outlook Express is configured to get the incoming mail from Exchange and to
send using the local
ISP. Everything works great. When we configure Outlook the same, we get the
connection failures.
Any help appreciated.
