OWA + sent Items +Personal folder

I have a user who has his OL2003 configured to deliver email to a
personal folder. so what ever email he recieve moves to the inbox of the
personal folder and whetever mail he send does go to the sent items on
the personal folder.
The problem is that when he use OWA to send email then later he opens OL
he found that email sent by OWA in the server mail box sent item folder
but it does not ever move to the sent item folder in the personal
folder...!!!
Any idea why...?
