Hi,
 
       According to this snap this problem is only with the local Internet Explorer. You have to installed latest Java plugins to this system and enable active X in IE -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Securty Tab -> Custom settings .
        Update me as well if it will troubleshoot the problem.
