No need to do sorcery =)
Get the properties of the container object, group policies tab, and get
the properties of the GPO in question.
Remove Authenticated users from there, add your group, check "Apply
Group Policy" and you're set!

I guess I should be more clear about what I am trying to do*I am trying
to apply a group policy to only users who are members of a specific
security group. I have downloaded the WMI Tools and have been using the
browser within that, but I am unsure how to target User Groups rather
than specific Users* Thanks!Devin

site explaining what all the different options are when it comes to WMI
filtering*I went so far to order the MS Press "Windows Scripting with
WMI" thinking I could pick up bits from that and introduce it into the
group policy restrictions I am trying to implement and I am finding that
it isnt as helpful as I had originally thought it would be. I'm hoping
someone may know of a good resource (print or via web) that would
explain WMI filters as it pertains to group policies specifically? Thank
