OL2k3 and RPC over HTTP Question

How do I setup OL2k3 to not request the username and password when
connecting via RPC over HTTP? Some one mentioned before to use NTLM
Authentication but when I do that I can longer connect from the outside
it keeps asking me for a username and password.
