If you are using Outlook cached mode, it may be the next day before it
shows up.
Does the users address information get populated with ADUC? If so, you
probably just haven't waited long enough...

When I create new user it don't appear in "Global Address List" but it
appear in "All users list"
From "Recipient Update Service" I already "Rebuild" and "Update" the
list but problem still there.
Hope anyone can help me.
