New Project

Hi
I have a new project to deploy MS Exchange Servers at three different
locations. Each location is geographically separated about 350 miles from each
other. They are all going to be under one Domain Name, connected through a
Frame Relay. I am little bit rusty on how to set up Exchange Servers to
replicate with one another in other for a user to see all users names in the
address book when it comes to sending mail. Can somebody point me in the right
direction please
